Return and Refund Policy

We want every Moku. order to feel considered from purchase to delivery. Because our products are handled and inspected carefully, returns are reviewed under the conditions below.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for review, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging may be refused.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after purchase, used or worn items, minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function, or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or local delivery services.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

Email help@mokuglasses.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and any supporting photos where relevant. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
