From checkout to doorstep

    We prepare and pack your order, usually within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods this can take a little longer.

    Your order leaves our warehouse and we email you a tracking link.

    Typically 10–21 business days, which allows for international routing, customs checks and courier processing.

Customs, duties and import fees

Some international orders may attract customs charges, import duties, taxes or local handling fees. These are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If your order looks delayed

Delays can happen through customs inspections, courier backlogs, severe weather or public holidays. Check your tracking link first, then contact us if you still need help.

Usually within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods it can take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Approximately 10–21 business days depending on your location and local delivery network. Many orders arrive sooner.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Follow that link for the latest status.
My tracking hasn't updated — what now?
Tracking can pause during customs checks or when an order transfers between couriers. If it hasn't moved for several days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.
